Camille Lewis, LCPC-S, LPC, LSATP, MAC, SAP, is a qualified Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional under 49 CFR Part 40. We serve employees in DOT-regulated industries — trucking (FMCSA), aviation (FAA), rail (FRA), transit (FTA), pipeline (PHMSA), and maritime (USCG) — who have violated federal drug and alcohol regulations.

Initial SAP Evaluation

 Schedule within days of your violation notice. We conduct a face-to-face clinical assessment and prescribe education or treatment.

Complete Prescribed Program

Fulfill the education or treatment requirements determined during your evaluation. We track your progress throughout.

Follow-Up SAP Evaluation

We evaluate your compliance and issue a return-to-duty recommendation to your employer and C/TPA.

Return-to-Duty & Follow-up Testing

A negative return-to-duty test clears you. We oversee your mandated follow-up testing plan per 49 CFR Part 40.
