Court-ordered or voluntary, our anger management program gives you practical tools to understand the root of your anger and respond — not react — in the moments that matter most.

Our program supports adults experiencing difficulty managing anger in personal relationships, the workplace, or legal situations. Whether referred by a court, employer, or seeking help on your own — we meet you where you are.

Intake & Assessment

We complete a clinical assessment to understand your history, triggers, and goals before designing your plan.

Skill-building Sessions

Individual or group sessions cover emotional regulation, communication, de-escalation, and conflict resolution.

Progress Documentation

You'll receive progress letters and a completion certificate upon successful program completion.
