PROGRAM TERMS, ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY Revive Behavioral Health Solutions LLC Effective Date: June 1, 2025
1. Enrollment and Access By purchasing a program or course through the Revive BHS online store, you agree to these terms. Access to course materials is provided electronically upon completion of payment. You will receive login credentials or access instructions via the email address provided at checkout. Revive BHS reserves the right to revoke access for violation of these terms.
2. Program Completion and Certificates Certificates of completion are issued only upon full completion of all required lessons and any associated assessments within the enrolled program. Certificates reflect the program hours, content, and clinical provider credentials at the time of completion. Acceptance of any certificate by a court, MVA, probation officer, or employer is at the discretion of that agency or authority. Revive BHS strongly recommends confirming program requirements with your attorney, probation officer, or referring court before enrolling. 3. Refund Policy
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before any course content has been accessed.
Partial Refund: If course content has been partially accessed (less than 25% of lessons completed), a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price may be issued at the discretion of Revive BHS upon written request within 7 days of purchase.
No Refund: No refund will be issued once 25% or more of course content has been accessed, or after 7 days from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first. This policy reflects the nature of digital educational content and the administrative processing involved in court-compliance programs.
Court-Mandated Programs: If you are enrolled in a program pursuant to a court order, probation requirement, or MVA referral, refund eligibility is not affected by the legal mandate itself. All refund requests remain subject to the timelines and access thresholds above.
4. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, contact us in writing at info@revivebhs.org with your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Technical Issues If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to course content, contact us immediately at info@revivebhs.org or (301) 609-2675. We will work to resolve documented technical barriers and will not count inaccessible content toward the usage thresholds above.
6. Program Availability Revive BHS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue programs at any time. Enrolled participants will retain access to the version of the program active at the time of their enrollment through their certificate date.
