Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit & debit cards, plus HSA and FSA. Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan is arranged in advance.


Flexible payment plans: evaluations may be split 50/50 (half at scheduling, half at your appointment); the 12-Session REVIVE Program and larger packages can be paid in 3–4 monthly installments.

A Good Faith Estimate is provided to every self-pay client, as required by the No Surprises Act. Superbills available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.
