Revive Behavioral Health Solutions is a licensed behavioral health practice serving Maryland and Virginia, specializing in the space where the justice system and clinical care intersect. From our offices in Waldorf, Maryland and Alexandria, Virginia, we provide court-mandated and forensic services with the clinical rigor courts require and the compassion clients deserve.

Our services include DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations, DUI and VASAP education, court-ordered assessments, substance use disorder treatment, EAP services, and behavioral support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Whether you were referred by a court, an employer, a probation officer, or an attorney — or you're seeking support on your own — we meet you with structure, clarity, and respect.

Why Revive

Revive was founded by Camille Lewis, LCPC-S, a licensed clinician with more than 15 years of experience spanning both sides of the system. Before founding Revive, Camille served as a Community Supervision Officer with CSOSA in Washington, DC and as a Drug Court Case Manager in Prince George's County, Maryland. That background means we don't just understand treatment — we understand compliance, documentation, deadlines, and what courts, employers, and licensing bodies actually need to see.

Our clinical approach is grounded in the REVIVE Eight-Dimension Wellness Framework, a whole-person model that looks beyond the presenting issue to help clients get unstuck in every area of life. We believe accountability and healing aren't opposites — done right, they reinforce each other.

We work with courts, attorneys, probation and parole officers, employers, EAP networks, coordination of community services (CCS) coordinators, and individuals throughout Southern Maryland, the DC metro area, and Northern Virginia.
